Do I need any technical knowledge?

None at all — that is the point. We handle everything.

When does my setup begin?

After purchase you will receive our ContentBot DFY Preparation Guide by email. Complete the onboarding form included in the guide — our team will begin your setup within 1 business day of receiving your completed form and all required account details.

What do I need to prepare?

After purchase you will receive our ContentBot DFY Preparation Guide by email. You will need to:
• Create your Make.com, Anthropic, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, OpusClip and YouTube accounts
• Create your Telegram bot via BotFather
• Create your HeyGen avatar — upload your photo and record your avatar video
• Record your ElevenLabs voice clone — approximately 2 hours of voice recording
• Complete the onboarding form with your account API keys, bot token, brand name, industry and content preferences

How long does setup take?

5 to 7 business days from when we receive your completed onboarding form and all required account credentials. The clock start once we have everything we need — not from the date of purchase.

What if I want changes after setup?

Minor adjustments are included in your 30-day support period. This includes tweaks to your Claude AI prompt. HeyGen template adjustments and platform connection fixes. Email support@automateaico.com anytime — DFY customers receive priority response within 1 business day.

Do I need to appear on camera?

No — but you do need to create your HeyGen avatar using your photo, a short video recording and record approximately 2 hours of your voice for ElevenLabs voice cloning. This is done once during setup. After that, every video uses your AI avatar and cloned voice automatically — you never need to record again.

What platforms will my videos be published to?

ContentBot automatically uploads your finished video to a YouTube hosting channel as an unlisted video and sends you the link in Telegram. You then bring that link into OpusClip to generate thumbnails, captions and schedule posts to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and your main YouTube channel. The Make.com to YouTube connection is fully configured during your DFY setup. OpusClip social connections are set up by you on your own accounts.
